Who are we?

When “we” or “us” is used, this means the sole operator Go Willow! based in Collingwood, Golden Bay and the Go Wild With Weaving event which we organise. 

What information do we collect?

We collect a variety of types of information:

• contact information: such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• purchase information: such as items you have purchased, shipping address, items you have custom made, your attendance at our courses or events and dietary preferences. 

We do not collect your payment information. 

How do we collect this information?

We collect information via our websites, Facebook pages , during calls with you, when you make a purchase, engage in a promotional activity, participate in a contest or auction, register to attend an event or sign up for emails or willow availability updates. 

What do we use the information for?

We use the information so as to send you marketing communications and to customise those communications. We use a third party, our website provider Airsquare, to provide website services and any information transmitted through our websites (www.gowillow.co.nz and www.gowildwithweaving.co.nz) will use these services. Airsquare holds the information for this use, but does not share your information with any other third party. The information is also stored in our computer files and back-ups. 

Your choices

You can opt out of our marketing or advertising emails by utilising the “unsubscribe” link in the advertising and marketing emails from us. You may also request to opt out of marketing and advertising emails by contacting us directly and sharing the email address at which you are receiving them.
